Exciting news in entertainment!

Good news! Tori Amos has just announced the availability of “Legs and Boots,” a series of bootlegs from her current tour! It works like this, a few hours after the show you go HERE and are given the option to download the show in either MP3s (256K), or as even higher quality FLAC files. The FLAC files are larger so they will take a bit longer to be made available. So you won’t have to wait to get the FLAC files you will receive the MP3 version until the FLAC is ready to go. This is very exciting. To my knowledge this is the first time a musician has done anything like this regarding bootlegs.

The Hunchback of Notre Dame (1923) put its best gimpy foot forward in a new DVD presentation released this last Tuesday, October 17, 2007. This DVD is the best available copy of the film to date. Very exciting! You can buy it HERE!

These are a few things that have made me happy in the last few hours. There are also some very exciting silent DVD releases to look forward to in the near future. You can read about them HERE!

I work tonight. It should be pretty chill. It's raining today so I'm not sure that it will be very busy. We also don't have any plays this week so that is another thing to consider when looking at the potential for a busy shift. Tomorrow Mykul and I will perhaps go donate plasma together. It should be semi lucrative and fun!
